What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order. So please fill in your address in full detail; otherwise, the package may be returned to us, or your request may be ignored to avoid further issues.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based on EUR . If your credit card is based on another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Klarna payments.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Since our website and service are based in English, all information must be entered in English characters (including punctuation). If your address contains non-English letters, please replace them with similar English ones. For example: replace "ç" with "c".

Shipping addresses cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please use your residential address instead of a vocational/workplace address, as we cannot control how long customs may hold your package.

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you selected. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will usually be available within 24 hours, and we will email it to you the next day.
